Upper Valley Mend can always use some extra hands.

 

The Leavenworth Chamber:

is seeking outgoing and community-minded high school students to act as costumed Christmas characters for the Autumn Leaf Parade and Christmas Lighting Festival! Autumn Leaf Parade participants will get to walk alongside Santa's carriage handing out candy to kids, and volunteers for the Christmas Lighting Festival will spend a fun half-day waving at visitors, posing for photos, and generally bringing joy to festival-goers! Twenty-two costumes are available, including Buddy the Elf, the Grinch, Angels, Elves, Rudolf and more! Volunteer shifts are an easy 2.5 - 3.5 hours of fun! Learn more and sign up at the Library!

CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY ADULT LIVING FACILITY:

Volunteers are needed to assist with Special Olympic training on dryland and snow. starting in Fall thru Winter. Serving meals and going for walks. The contact person is:

Leavenworth City Pool lifeguard.

 

Stevens Pass  will be hiring for the winter.

 

Leavenworth Ski Hill will also need employees for concession, tubing, ski and snowboard instruction

 

Job board will be updated throughout the school years as jobs come in.

Senior Project requirements-

If community service based: 40 hours total on their project. This includes final presentation and reflection.

If not community service based: 40 hours on their project and 15 hours of community service.
